We will not accept returns if the problems is not on products it-self.
2. If products cannot be delivered on time due to irresistible factors, the customer will receive our notices (shipment delay, shipment cancel…etc.)
3. Due to products are related to seasonal issues and irresistible factors; our company reserve the right to replace the goods.
4. Our company will reserve the right to accept the orders or not.
